Rates
Our Rates are reasonable. Most require a quote depending on the services required.
You can have a fully functional Small Business Website for a modest investment. Then add to these as you grow.
One Time Fees: Website Design
1. Basic - Small Business Starter Website - (add as you grow)
Personal Service Consultations to determine content for site.
Up to 5 Standard Website Pages (For Example – Home Page, About Us, Services, Contact Us, etc.)
Original Photographs ( 5 or 6)
Scanning and Digitizing of Text -if required
Formatting/Editing of supplied Photos and/or Graphics (up to 5)
Submission to major Search Engines
Technical Support and Minor Updates for 1 year
Travel, & additional services, as per quote.
$750 CDN - plus applicable taxes.
Ongoing Maintenance & Updating Fees
Depending on the intensity of your changes over time. Some small websites only require a minimum of updating. You can purchase an update package per month, pay as you go, or even do updates yourself.
The process of designing a web site is done over time. A temporary design is implemented for you to refer to and suggest changes. Your changes are then implemented in the final version. Although we are very generous with minor changes and updates over the year, extensive updating is billed at $35.00 per hour. (an estimate of time required is available on each request)

3. Larger:
Custom Designed Full Feature Web Sites Start at $3000.00 and due to their unique nature are quoted individually, depending on your unique needs.
Site Updates and Re-makes, depending on the complexity of the design involved are from $50.00 per hour per designer and up, depending on the job. We are happy to estimate the time involved ahead of the project. Day & quantity rates are available. Monthly update contracts are available.
Site Make-over - Redesign
Some brochure style web sites, can stay almost the same for several years. It all depends what you want and how your strategic business plan grows and changes over time. No business really stays the same forever. It is in a constant state of growth and improvement. And so should your website. It is a good idea to plan a course of renewal for your web site, at least every 3 to 5 years. These need to be scheduled with us so that we can devote the time your site needs. If your business depends on seasonal entries, we need to have considerable lead time for these changes. We try our best to accommodate all your needs.
A site Make-over can take as much time as designing one from scratch, depending on the layout and how the original designer did the site.
Yearly Expenses: Hosting and Domain Name Registration
Domain Name Registration - 1 Year between $15.00 and $25.00 CDN.
unless the name you require is more costly, due to availability.
Website Hosting per year - $ 250.00
