About Laura
Laura Creavalle, bodybuilder, author, chef and trainer, is one of the most popular figures in women's bodybuilding.
Laura's bodybuilding career started in 1983 as a lightweight at the Novice Ontario Championships. She emerged as the winner that evening and the rest is history. Laura's determination, commitment and dedication saw a gradual escalation, during which time she won all the Ontario Championships, Mixed Couples and Eastern Canada Titles.

Laura Creavalle, champion body builder launches her latest cookbook by special invitation by Arnold Schwarzenegger, at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus Ohio February 29th to March 2nd.
Laura winner in three (3) Ms. International and Ms. Extravaganza Championships, and among others, the Pro Championship MS. OLYMPIA, is well known for her accomplishments.
As well as knowing how to train her body, and give it the best nutrition possible for body building, Laura has helped many others with proper nutrition and exercise for a better body. She has also trained several professional Chefs in the preparation of Low Fat Cuisine, while still maintaining a terrific taste in her dishes.
As a body builder, Laura traveled extensively. She has given Nutritional Seminars in Russia, Czechoslovakia, the Middle East, Canada and the USA. Laura was also feature Editor for Muscle and Fitness Magazine on Low Fat Cooking in the Muscle Fare Column.
